Military Community Support Programs is pausing approval of new Military and Family Life Counseling requests for Rotational and Surge support due to limited resources. We will review existing requests to determine how to best support your MFLC needs, which may include realigning counselors in the interim. If we are unable to fulfill your request, a Resource Analyst will contact you. As a reminder, Military OneSource is available 24/7 for service members and their families to request non-medical counseling services.

Please complete this request form for new rotational resources. Resources include military and family life counselors (MFLC), child and youth behavioral counselors (CYB-MFLC) and personal financial counselors (PFC). These counselors are usually based out of the installation family centers, resiliency centers or embedded in units. Rotational resources also include, but are not limited to, child and youth behavioral counselors supporting schools and/or child development centers (CDC). Attendance Estimates

We expect a minimum of 50 eligible attendees for counseling support. If you have less than 50 attendees, we encourage you to submit your request anyway. We review and staff each request based on its own merit.
